Cool Dudes Cookery Course April 11th-14th
A great week was had at our Healthy Eating Cookery course for young people which took place from 11th to 14th April 2023. Well done to everyone who participated. The children learned about the food pyramid, healthy choices and cooked delicious healthy meals each day. The children were fantastic and engaged in every aspect of the course, having lots of fun, including a little bit of drama!
The children were presented with their certificates of completion on the final day by our club chairman Dominic Leech. Many thanks to Annabelle from County Wicklow Partnership, Mailyn Bass coordinator and Newtown Community Centre for the use of their facilities. Thanks also to members of our Healthy Club Team and parents who helped with supervision over the week.
