Well done to our U13s team on winning their championship final against a tough St Kevin’s team.

Newtown were in control of the game for most parts until St Kevin’s got two quick goals in the last 10 minutes, in which brought the game to 3 points in Newtowns favour.

The momentum seemed to have swung in Kevin’s way at this point but Newtown pushed on and showed their resilience to overcome St Kevin’s pressure on the Newtown goal.

Newtown finished the game off  in the end with excellent scoring from the Newtown forward line.

Congratulations to David Mc Corrmick on receiving his well deserved man of the match award.
